Highlife Cup 2009, Judge report.
Its allmost time!!! The HIGHLIFE CUP 2009. 
And I'm honered to be one of the happy few, judges of the biggest and most populair, international cannabis cup in Holland, hosted by Softsecrets and Highlife.
This year its even more than the 2008 highlifecup, and lots of tasty outdoor samples to. The cup stash. 
Starting of with a nice & easy hashish. She smells delicious  just the smell will knock u of your feet.
But don't get me wrong, its a serious job I have to check all the samples for quality in looks, effect, taste and smell, than I have to rate the samples in those qualitys.   Lost in chocolatedreams, I staid up till 5pm. Smokinnn and vaporizing me brains into the ablivous. The first one was this sweet, but fresh soft polm, softly pressed Kif. They used a firstclass plant for this Kif. She tasted like medicinal candy. strainge but nice. The aroma is strong and alsoo refreshing, like a forest in switserland.. The second sample that got my interrest was this litlte netherhash turt. Look at it. She smelles like sweet honey,kinda like candy or cookys, do I smell a hint of cinnamon? lets smoke a pure pipe. Beng, You wont beliefe me if I told ya it took like 30min but it seemed like a whole day. This litle tirt just knocked me of my feet. This plack of netherhashsish got me big time. The high feld allmost like wath you feel while you yawn. But without the real yawn. crazie shit, very nice body effect. It kept on for a long time to. Aroma is like pine forest orsomething. Then I went one with the greenstuff, I found some wicked Haze samples in this cattegory. Hmm... I inhaled a vaporbag from this one and its like i'm waking up again, like the day is starting all over again....The high is impressive. She tasted so good, I couldn't resist a pure spliff, so right after the vapor bag I burned this little green hobit. Couple of Haze Bio samples. Awesome cattegory, great flavor, eggie, sweet creme , hazie tast.I found some refreshing haze samples in this cattegory cheers

 Thnx Dampkring On with the Bio Haze category.
This one looks like a no bullshit weed, grown by a Haze expert I suspect. She looks well taken care of, till the last harvestmoment maybe evena bit longer. Completely ripened. A little bit cured I believe. Somethig that pleases me.
You can see the creeamy almost amber colour in the trichomes, stacked togetter, allmost liquidized, like Cheese.
Fat mushroom shaped trichomes, completely intact
A lot of weed I have to test is kinda fresh, a properly cured weed is a welcome surprise. The flavor and scent but also the effect of a cured weed often is beneficial and brings out better characteristics.
At face value the weed looks kinda grey/brownish... Perfectly dried BTW. All & all looks promising. She smells like fresh pastures, soft mild and sweet, a vanilla flowery like aroma.
A crunchy tasty weed. there's no sign left of the buttercup pastures when you smoke her,but the taste is wonderfull. A mild sweet tabacco taste. Not really a disitinctive Haze taste, but just the way weed is supposed to be. I cant really bring to mind what weed to compare it with but it is just a lovely weed. Exhalin' it through my mouth and nose I still recognize a bit of the pastures, but I really have to concentrate to experience the defining tatste. The high fits like a glove. Very easy at the beginning and then followed with sort of a rollercoaster effect that seems to accelerate more and more. Almost trippy I would say. The joint is burned up before I realize it and I'm doin heavy time in lalaland.

Thnx tokinGLX ure right m8!  Having a great time but still working me and my brain trough the Bio Haze category though.
Doing just that I was thinking of something to do with all the samples i'd already tested. While time is still on my side, I got creative, sellected like 16 grams of high quality haze out of tested samples. And togetter with my wive , we got crazie and started backing a Bio Haze Highlifecup cake...  .
The whole house smelled awesome, like all kinds of cannabis flavours. After 45minutes orsomething, it seemed it was just a little bit to long in the oven. We took it out and I hade to wait for 1 hr orso for the cake to cool down.. But right after that I took one peace, a fat peace. And it tastest perfect, sweet hazy, the hazy tast is delisios. Like 1hr later I felt some effect., nice warm feeling that came up in my body, that wend on for a while.I ate three more peaces of cake and not long after that I was totaly out of it.  Tomorrow back to testing, the netherhash category... And maby some chocolate brownie's Dokkie knows the code..

here we go again....
And like I said, next is the Nether-Hashish category.
When I unwraped it, a nice and gentle aroma comes out of it. It looks clean and under the microscoop it looks potent enough. She absolutely past the buble test, right a way the trichomes started to liquidize when I heated the Hash with a ligther. I smoked her in a little hash pipe. She tasted , herby, kinda sweet, dille or thime in the background. Hits at ones. uplifting high. inspiring...I'll rate it high... ---------------------------------------------------------- After a bit of diner, and a long sleep, my intressed fell on this nice peace of hash. has a soft and sweet smell to it. kinda makes me think of cookies or fowers, again. Maby Yasmine but with a warm Cedar like tint in it. She even bublles a bit.. Very nice gentle smoke, sweet taste, and a warm tabaco taste, fresh, the cedar comes back again. Takes a while but than she hits like churchbell, Beng, ofline..... Sweetass stoned. Nice body effect..It took like 1hr to settle down. Peace out... Dokkie knows the code..

That's almost too much. You are one lucky guy. All those beautiful smells, and diffrent highs. I am totally envious, especially since there's nothing on the market where I live, no hash and no weed.
