The Big Buddha Cheese retains specific parts we loved from the original cheese, namely its sublime, distinctive taste, which, when tasted reminds people of the old skool cannabis they first smoked in the 80's when the first hybrids were developed, The high from the Big Buddha Cheese is also very special indeed, a no ceiling, uplifting, motivational, high, in fact we have had members of our crew smoke the BBC everyday for the past 3 years with little change in effect and quality of high.

Blue Cheese was created, first, by selecting a blueberry male from the entire collection of several different breeder versions of blueberry. The selected male was then crossed with our proud mother, and the backbone of many of our breeding projects; the original U.K. cheese.
From these crosses a male with extremely fruity characteristics was chosen as the father of our Blue Cheese.

Having acquired what is undoubtedly the #1 haze cutting in Holland, the world-famous Amnesia Haze (also known as Super Silver and G-13 haze), we knew we had something special. rather than just feminising back to itself, we crossed it to a reversed Manga Rosa. the Manga Rosa was collected by our friends in Spain - it's believed to be a real 'Spiritual Sativa' strain, originating from north-east Brazil.
The Buddha Haze Feminised has an amazing tropical flavoured fruity haze and is highly unique.

In the modern times of breeding, a combination of 2 of the best flavours around the cheese with diesel, we present the ‘C H I E S E L ’
The male used was an NYC Diesel from the legendry Soma! The male added enough hybrid vigour and a distinctive hint of that grapefruit diesel taste to the ever popular cup winning Big Buddha Cheese. The taste concoction of old skool mixed with the new fuel hints, is a highly unique and a very memorable one. The ‘C H I E S E L’ grows similar to its mother, a slender looking fast flowering Sativa with indica impressions.

Big Buddha Seeds had  sourced the seed from the vaults of one of Amsterdam's best coffeshops. After testing, the 'Friesland indica' turned out to be a real classic Old Skool  indica strain. The 'Friesland' grows strong with dark green, elegant indica leaves and with classic buds laden with a diamond glisten. The 'Friesland' was then crossed to our classic strain the 'Big Buddha Cheese' resulting to the FreezeCheese 89, a real frostmaster, easy to grow strong, a good mould resistant plant a real step back in time for lovers of good pot of yesteryear!!!
