![]() ![]() Pots & traysThe growing technique you are using will depict the kind of pots or trays you'll need. If growing on soil square or roung pots from between 1-25 litre are the best way to go. The more pots per square metre, the smaller the pots should be, but remember the smaller the pot the more frequently you'll need to water them as they will dry out much faster. For instance a system that works well for bigger plants is 12 x 10 litre pots per m3. These will need watering approximately once in every 2 days. Another alternative is 20 x 7 litre pots. Plants will be much smaller but more of them and they will need watering more often, perhaps once a day. As a rule try to use 120-200 litres of soil on every m3. The more soil used the easier it is to grow. If using more plants per m3 your 18 hour grow period will be shorter and vis-versa for less plants that will need a week or two growing time. Products | |
